Company Departments
All properties are built according to TSE standards using the best quality materials. As well as designing and building their own projects and developments, Deska also offers offplan and custom designed projects to suit the individual needs of their customers.
• Sales & Marketing: Working hand-in-hand with Deska Global Lebanon for marketing the properties and arranging on-site inspection trips.
• After Sales: A dedicated department responsible for updating clients on construction progress with regular sending of photos, choice of fixtures, fittings and furnishings as well as in getting title deed and residency permit.
• Holiday Rental Department: A dedicated department responsible for the marketing of clients' properties through holiday rental agencies, tour operators and internet based platforms.
• Travel Agency Department: A dedicated department responsible for transfers, car rental, welcome meetings, excursions and activities.
• Maintenance Department: A dedicated department responsible for the cleaning of properties, maintenance of pools and gardens, pre-season preparation and repair of electrical or plumbing defects.
Administration department: Assistance in transferring of utility services, applying internet connections, property title deed pursuance and transferring to client's name. Taking power of attorney, residency permit follow up and utility metering.
• Project Management: working with in-house & independent architects, electrical engineers and sub-contractors to ensure all projects meet relevant safety & quality standards.
• Financial Department: monitoring of client payments and liaising with financial establishments.
• Additional Services: Resale and upgrade of properties when needed.
Design & Construction: A fully certified development & construction company approved as a "Class A" developer by the Turkish government. It specializes in building and selling freehold properties within prime touristic locations: Fethiye, Oludeniz, Çalis, Hisaronu and other towns on the Turkish Riviera.
